The Quality System Standards/Training Working Group Reviewed, Summarized and Presented to the QAS, Auditor Accreditation Standards.
On January 11, 1990, a motion was made to accept AAR and ASQC accredited auditors.
On May 8, 1990, a motion was made to accept a Canadian Association–Quality Management Institute Accredited Auditors.
Respectively, on January 11 and May 8, 1990 both motions carried and summaries of the approved accreditation programs are included in this document. (Documents appear on pages immediately following.)
