Description:
The switch container top, bottom, and sides are made of .5″ CDX plywood. The framing consists fo 2″ x 4″ and the skids are 4″ x 4″ boards.
Secure boards to each other with No. 10 wire gauge, cement coated screw type nails. Use a lag screw and 4 screw nails when fastening vertical 2″ x 4″ boards to 4″ x 4″ boards on the bottom of the crate (see Detail ‘A’).
Place three pieces of 1.25″ non-metallic banding around the crate as illustrated.
