Packaging Standards

This packaging standard consists of a standard 40″ x 48″ hardwood pallet that has four 1″ x 1″ pieces nailed onto the deck boards so that the round cushioning units will stay secure without rolling. The lower row contains three units, with two additional units stacked on the top row. The entire package is then secured with three pieces of 3/4″ non-metallic strapping.

Although the package weight will vary depending on the size of the cushioning units, the weight of the package shown here is 2800 lbs
