Packaging Standards

This packaging standard consists of a solid wooden box made from hardwood. This box is the same size as a 40″ x 48″ standard pallet, but is constructed with no openings between the deck boards or sides.

The bottom is made from three 4″ x 4″ stringers that are covered in ” plywood. Ths sides are made from ” sheathing surrounded by 1-1/4″ non-metallic strapping. The top is either enclosed in wood, or covered in plastic to protect the contents from weather.
