Description:

Stack running boards (longest ones first) on the pallet in alternating fashion (first one down, second one up, etc.). The pallet must be equal in size to that of the longest and widest board in the bundle. It is constructed of two 4″ x 4″ x (v) various length runners. Four 2″ x 6″ x (v) hardwood risers are nailed to the runners with 3″ resin coated nails. 1.25″ non-metallic bands must be used to strengthen the cross members of the pallet. A total of four 2″ x 4″ hardwood boards are placed one at each end and two spaced about the center of the pallet. Four 1″ x 2″ x (v) boards (equal to width of the top running board) are put on top of the package. A 1.25″ non-metallic band is placed around the center of the running boards and four 1.25″ non-metallic bands secure the bundle to the to the pallet. Four edge protectors must be used.
