Four axles are placed on two 2″ x 4″ boards, one located at each end in the wheel seat area. A board is also placed directly above each lower board for a total of four boards per bundle. A 1.25″ non-metallic band is placed at each end of the bundle over the boards for a total of two non-metallic bands per bundle. Other sizes include 1A, 1B, and 1C.
